I have no idea what any of that means.
However, I can’t read the phrase “for some reason” without thinking of The Onion’s Our Dumb Century, which, when describing the outbreak of World War II, stated that “Italy invades Ethiopia for some reason”, which is a perfect way of putting what happened.

“OK” is a abbreviation popularized during the Van Buren re-election campaign, a reference to his nickname“Old Kinderhook” and also to “orl korrect”, a humorous mispelling of “all correct”. (It may also refer to the Greek “ola kala”, or the Choctaw “oke” or “okeh”.)
It is commonly used to confirm agreement, in this case confirming one’s understanding of the very thing you were unable to understand. I would recommend against clicking “OK” in this case.

“Your mom” is an acronym for “Yellow octopi urinating regularly, must omit misogynists.” The term came into popularity on the popular internet website forum, Opposite Locks, in which a user person by the name “Dr. Johann Vegas” was told to “-expletive deleted-”

Stinks to have this hilariously non-specific message.
You might try renaming it in finder. DotKey files are actually more like zip folders with all the images etc embedded. Sometimes a rename will work. Sometimes right-clicking the file name and selecting ‘open package’ will work, allowing you to edit the text file that says where everything is. Sometimes the last image you added is corrupted and screws up the file but you can delete it if you open up the package and delete the file in the images folder within. Sometimes you hope you have a recent backup. (I always save versions by day and number (Filename-160204a.key) since I’m always being asked to re-insert stuff that they wanted deleted in previous versions.)
I’d check the apple keynote forums for answers if you haven’t already. Hope something just works

It’s not a very important file, and I wasn’t really planning on running it anyway. It was just a funny error message :)

The need to learn the classic rule of programming:
Never test for an error condition you don’t know how to handle.

Well I think what’s happened is that for some reason, your Keynote file cannot be opened.
In all honesty, what version of Keynote? 6.6? If so, you need Keynote 6.5.x to open the file. From there you should also be able to convert it to Keynote 9 too so you can open it in your current version, if I’m right in thinking it’s 6.6.
